Multiplayer not working.

I am not able to access realms and marketplace. when i try to join my friend's world it gets stuck at connecting to this world. If i try to join a server then it gets stuck at connecting to server.
When i play in my own world, my friends just see me as online and don't have that "join" button. In short everything related to internet is not working. all i can do is see my friends.
