[MCPE-225921] The game doesn't end after I defeated the ender dragon. The xp doesn't pour and no portal to return to my hardcore base

After I defeated the ender dragon the game stopped liked nothing happened. No portals back to the overworld, no xp from the ender dragon, no egg. It's my second hardcore world with 150+days. The animation from the defeated ender dragon just keeps going and Goin.

This issue is being tracked at MCPE-224403. We haven't been able to reproduce this issue, so if you have any information that may help us reproduce it, please leave a comment on MCPE-224403.
