Steps to reproduce
Make a small, square pool.
Place frogspawn all around the edges of the water.
Optional: place a repeat, always active command block with the command
execute as @e[type = tadpole] at @s run tp @s ~~~
Watch the tadpoles and observe where they spawn
Expected results
Tadpoles spawn in the center of the water block that the frogspawn is placed on top of.
Observed results
Tadpoles spawn in the air above the water, horizontally at the northwest corner, and most of the time vertically at the top of that space.
[media]This has been an issue for me since a few updates back. When hatching tadpoles from frogspawn, they always seem to spawn onto land, and seemingly lack self-preservation in their AI, causing them to suffocate before one can catch them.
