Ender dragon Bug

After defeating the Ender Dragon, it got stuck in the death animation. The dragon appeared to be exploding, but no XP was dropped, and the exit portal did not generate on the bedrock fountain. The /kill @e[type=minecraft:ender_dragon] command reports "No target found," confirming the dragon entity is already dead. Placing 4 End Crystals on the bedrock portal does not trigger the dragon respawn process either
