Can not access vibrant visuals on better on bedrock after update of v1.21.100

while playing better on bedrock marketplace add on and then I had the new 1.21.100 update pop up I had then updated and installed it came back on my better with bedrock world and the vibrant visuals was blurred out and not active I was able to use vibrant visuals for many days and now only told I can't use it I feel this Is a glitch in the update or something of the sought would please like assistance on this
