Horrible input lag makes game unplayable

There is considerable input lag making the game unplayable. I used to to enjoy building and having fun wherever I happened to be, but since there is so much lag from the time I swipe my finger to the time the camera moves, it's nearly impossible to move and look around in the game with any predictable accuracy.

Please fix this, I miss getting lost and losing track of time in my Minecraft worlds. Attached is a video with very low graphics settings on a Google Pixel 8 that should be more than capable of handling them with no lag.
