Visual glitch occurring on a loading screen

A visual glitch occurs on a loading screen that appears when loading the “pause screen”. That happens when pausing the game and leaving the app all together and then returning to the app again. That is when a loading screen appears for a brief period, but after doing that multiple times, the game and a loading screen will break and it will not be possible to progress further. When that happens, the only thing that can be done is just closing and reopening the app all together.
