when cheats are inabled i tp to random cords and it doesnt move right

i am in a creative normal mapped world, i didn't like the spawn so i teleported myself to random cords, but now when i move it is all zig zaggy so i tried to use an Elytra and fireworks but instead of a big boom it just goes in a straight line

and that was also from when i tried to teleport somewhere else because i had teleported 2 times, the first time the whole world looked glitched and i could only move up and down.

i have no idea why it is like this
