On some older Windows or Android devices, versions after 1.21.94 run very sluggishly, with GPU usage frequently at 100% and FPS dropping to just a few frames. These issues do not occur in versions prior to and including 1.21.94. On these devices, the latest Java edition does not reach 100% GPU usage.
