Hi Team,
I have been building a minecart network in the nether with the view of transporting myself and goods at scaled distanced (btw there is no issue with the minecart with chest). After doing some testing in creative i run myself into an overworld portal with an obsidian block to stop me but the portal does not start to teleport. The moment I leave the minecart and simply fly up, both play and the minecart get transported to the nether. Please note that, this is not a speed issue as I have tested this with a powered rails and 22 normal rails leading into the portal.
It would be great if this could be added to the list of things to fix, as burning down soul speed paths in the nether is not really a practical way to travel in nether at great overworld distances i.e. 100k of blocks.
