Ray Tracing does not appear in Minecraft Bedrock Edition

I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 and the latest drivers installed on Windows 11. When I open Minecraft Bedrock Edition, the Ray Tracing option does not appear in Video Settings. I also tried downloading RTX maps/resources from NVIDIA, but they do not show up under Global Resources, so I cannot activate Ray Tracing. I have confirmed that my system supports DirectX 12 Ultimate. The issue persists even after setting Minecraft to use the high-performance GPU.

You currently cannot enable ray tracing from the main menu, and the ray tracing packs from NVIDIA cannot be used outside of the worlds they came from. If you want to use ray tracing in regular worlds, download one of the packs from here: https://mcpedl.com/?s=rtx

After enabling the pack, go to Settings > Video and enable the "Allow In-game Graphics Mode Switching" option. Then, open a world, go to Settings > Video, expand the "Graphics Mode" dropdown menu, and select "Ray Traced".
