I just got realms and Nintendo switch online to use my single player world on realms. I can’t upload any of my worlds. Only the new worlds I’ve made after subscribing.

Do your existing worlds have the "Multiplayer game" option enabled in the Multiplayer tab? Worlds can only be uploaded to Realms if that option is enabled.
