Vibrant Visuals sometimes turns itself back on after a game update

I turned off Vibrant Visuals in my world because I don’t like random blocks being green or other colors they shouldn’t be and I want Minecraft to look like it has for the 15+ years I’ve played. The 1.21.100 update turned it back on and this made me aggravated. I had to quit the game to turn it back off again.

Please respect user settings when you update.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Settings > Video and set the Graphics Mode to Fancy

2. Close the game

3. Wait for a game update

4. Launch the game

Observed Results:

Vibrant Visuals sometimes turns itself on after a game update.

Expected Results:

Vibrant Visuals should not turn itself on after a game update.
