Some villagers don't want to take the working tables around them

I found a villager bug in the world I attached (Minecraft Bedrock Edition).. The bug is that there are some master-level villagers who don't want to take the working tables around them. For reference, here I have a Fletcher villager in the world with coordinates (-347, 64, 261). Even though there are definitely no fletching tables around him other than in the house, I suspect this is because he doesn't want to restock his merchandise. Previously, I moved this villager from its origin at coordinates (-376, 92, 60), after I tried to move this villager back to its original village, he was able to take back his working table which he should have (I had previously destroyed the working table before moving it to my village, and I put it back when I returned the villager to its original area). This applies to almost all the villagers around my village, one of whom I am most confused about is the shepherd villager in one of the houses. My suspicion is that some of these villagers actually took several working tables other than their master-level jobs, such as barrel, stone cutter, composter, and so on, even though the villager I moved had reached master level. It seems like this bug has been around for about a year, so I hope it gets fixed soon.

The linked report explains what is causing the problem for you. You have used a lot of barrels, and some composters and cauldrons, for storage and decoration around your villagers. The village stores these as possible jobs sites, and it can only store 32 unused job sites. After I went around to all of the buildings and destroyed the barrels, cauldrons, and composters, the shepherd in the house you mentioned to link to the loom.
