[MCPE-2267] Bottom part of torch texture is missing.

The bottom part of the torch is missing!!!!!!! (i will add a picture later)

Nope. If you place a torch on i don't know a wall and look up from below it, you'll see there is no bottom. NOTHING to do with light.

Ah, I see. Looks more like the bottom part of torch model is missing to me, not the texture, but who knows.
