If you remove an item from bundle inside of a hopper (using X button) and then accidentally place it back into the hopper (using A button), your item or stack can be permanently deleted

This is easiest to notice on the latest hotfix version 1.21.101 but is still possible to replicate on earlier versions. After reviewing the release notes for hotfix 1.21.101 I had noted that there was a mention to fixing an issue with removing items in bundles in hoppers. I set up a simple example circuit of hoppers to test this functionality and noticed that when you remove an item from a bundle in a hopper there is a brief animation of the item being removed and then it quickly disappears and the item is back inside the bundle.

This is good and all but I took it one step further to test this change and after pushing X to remove my item from the bundle in the hopper, I managed to accidentally hit A ( instead of X ) to quickly to place the item back into the bundle. When I did this, since I hit A it placed it into the hopper, instead of back into the bundle and the animation that now in 1.21.101 that would place the item back into the bundle occurred after I hit A and since the item was accidentally placed into the hopper directly (with the A button), the item stack of pork chops was completely removed from both the hopper and the bundle when it tried to update after the “hotfix” item triggered. In this case if you are not careful your item or stack can be permanently deleted and there is no way to recover it. I am not sue if this has any other implications or can lead to any other types of issues but this was a very simple case testing the note I read in the latest hot fix release notes and just wanted to raise it as an issue as there is chance that items can be permanently deleted.
