The villagers in the game make the game go slower.

Villagers cause a lot of delay when breaking blocks. Before updating my Minecraft it was fine, but after updating it to 1.21.101 and getting close to farming iron, I noticed that the blocks I broke took a long time to drop the items they dropped, just like when you tied the Happy Ghast but with villagers, and this ruins the gameplay and almost prevents rapid progress.
