In the leatest beta and preview, the interaction between the Iron Golem and the Copper Golem have some bugs:
When the Copper Golem turn to a statue block the flower didn't drop (not like the Java edition)
Sometimes The Iron Golem may not give the flower to the Copper Golem even if it shows up by him.
The Copper Golem turn black when he was suffocated in a wall.
The flower may turn black also when it shows up by the Iron Golem.

However, this issue is Invalid.
Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets.
