Boat buttons cannot be moved when customizing controls with the "D-Pad & tap to interact" control mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the “D-Pad & Tap to Interact” control scheme in the settings

2. Enter a boat

3. Enable controls customization

4. Customize controls

5. The buttons to turn the boat left and right are impossible to interact with on this menu. It would be instead expected that the positions, size, and opacity of these buttons could be changed.
