When wearing (very specifically) an uploaded skin with slim arms and a cape, attachable items such as Bows/Tridents will appear much higher above their intended position in first person. This also only occurs Sometimes when loading Minecraft.
Launch Minecraft Bedrock Edition with a custom imported skin with Slim arms and any cape. Very important to meet those oddly specific conditions.
Enter a world.
Hold a Bow/Trident in first person mode.
If all looks normal, Repeat step 1 until the bug occurs. For reasons unknown to me, it does not happen every time, but persists for the rest of the session once it does.
The item should rest close to how any other item does, but it will appear way too high instead, as shown in the screenshot.
