Chest + Cobblestone = New item dupe

Hi user. Please understand my grammar if I wrong.

I found the bug that you can dupe any item by using Chest and Cobblestone.

First is place the Chest followed by Cobblestone (or any stone materials).

Second, go far away from chunk.

Third, go back where you place the Chest and Cobblestone and immediately put your item to Chest.

Fourth, after that, immediately close the Chest and immediately break the Cobblestone.

Fifth, once the Cobblestone breaks, immediately close the game, then open the game.

Open your world and see the results. Your item is now duplicate.
