Profile pictures of offline friends appear blurry in the Social menu while in the Play menu

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have an offline friend

2. Open the Play menu

3. Click on the “Social” button

4. Look at the profile picture of the offline friend

Observed Results:

The profile picture appears blurry.

Expected Results:

The profile picture should appear clear, just like it does in the pause menu while in a world.
