Nether crashes around spawn ever since 1.20.80

Nether crashes repeatedly and progressively gets worse.

First I play on default settings most of the time, my android device is well within specs and before the 1.20.80 update that fixed bugs I never experienced this particular issue. The issue being ever since I experience crashes in and around my nether spawn, but no where else really. It's hard to explain  but I'll try my best...

Basically what happens is the game decides to just crash, either when i look in a non specific direction, enter or exit that particular nether portal, and mining blocks even. Thing is, when I first opened the portal and did all this, it wasn't an issue and everything ran just fine. I've modified the area a bit but nothing too extreme. However this isn't the only world I've experienced this in...I lost one completely a month ago when the progressive crashing prevented me from even loading the world anymore. Both worlds nether spawn were crimson forests if that helps...and the one I lost never had any sort of lag, issue or anything until that update 1.20.80. Then just after I lost it...one moment it's fine and I'm mining and then suddenly the blocks stopped dropping, or would break only to reappear, and finally it crashed. After the crash it allowed me to load in a few more times with minimal success...and after moving out of what I thought was the affected area not only could I not leave the nether via portal (instant crash) but I was unable to load in to the world successfully again after that last nether portal crash. I've since completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game and created a new world. That was about a month ago. Progressing along I've had this world going a few weeks, nether portal and all...and now it's doing the same thing I noticed before in the prior world. It starts with a random crash, around the spawn area. Doesn't matter if I'm 100 blocks below it or away...it seems like the whole area is just corrupt. However I don't think that's the case...it was working just fine and I haven't built anything significant, just some mining tunnels and a small outpost...nothing Redstone or super glowy or resource intensive. Now however if I go there and try mining, I get super laggy the blocks either don't drop or revert back like I never mined them, and if I move about or look around too much there, I get the crash. After the crash, I tried reducing the graphics and render distances (I tried this on the world I lost too) and there's no noticeable difference. Either it loads or it crashes. One thing I notice that does seem to affect it is forcing the world to save while not loaded...like changing settings from normal to peacefull or simply changing the name a bit seems to trick the world into loading. However if you try to mine after itl crash instantly. If I'm able to exit the nether, the overworld is 100% fine. I also don't experience this anywhere else in the nether. Just around spawn in the crimson forest. I'm unsure if it's the mobs, the vines growing, the lighting, or whatever else it could be, all I know is before 1.20.80 it ran perfectly and ever since I dread going to the nether because I'm afraid of being locked out of my world because of a crash that I can't 100% explain why it happens. I monitor my devices memory, heat levels and all that and it's no where near close to being out of physical memory or ram, nor is it overheating. I feel like it has something to do with the crimson forest or the endermen themselves... but I can't prove it except that sometimes I can get back to my crashing world by turning it to peaceful. Even then it only works sometimes. Nothing else seems to be affected and the endermen in the overworld don't cause any problems so I'm unsure If that's the cause. Its frustrating...even trying to explain it I fail to understand exactly what could be causing the recent cascading crashes in that one area. Perhaps you'll figure it out...the seed number is 1042553334. I'm playing on the most current version 1.20.100 no mods, no add-ons, minimal settings (for now) and I'm using an android version 11 with 4 gb ram and well over 50 gb of free space to use. Just load into this seed with these specs and play around at nether spawn.  Like I said I can't 100% explain it, but hopefully with this and my attempt to a solution can be found. Thanks for taking the time to continue support for this great game.
