I can't load my profile and it's happened when I want looking at my profile and it's bothering me please someone fix this bug i'm not comfortable with this condition

Based on how the panorama in the screenshot you attached looks, you are playing in an outdated version of the game. Does the issue still occur if you update to 1.21.101?
