The game won’t let anyone join my worlds with add-ons or texture packs installed even if the player owns the add-ons or texture packs them selfs this has occurred on mobile ,PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 and maybe Xbox one.

Can confirm. Although it dosen’t happen on realms for me. (Maybe that is because I put the texturepack in the ressource_pack folder of the realm world.)
