Boats, Minecarts and Ender Pearls do not go through Nether Portals when a player is in them/ using them

When inside a minecart or boat, you will NOT be able to go through nether portals, despite this being a feature of the 1.21 update. Ender Pearls also do not got through portals despite being able do so in Java Edition
