Falling blocks that land on a stationary happy ghast glitch and jitter

Steps to reproduce the issue

• Summon a happy ghast and put a harness on it

• Ride the ghast up underneath some blocks and dismount the ghast so you can stand and move on it

• Drop an anvil / sand / gravel from above onto the stationary ghast

Expected result

• The falling blocks should land and settle onto the ghast, or be broken into items to pick up

Actual result

• The falling blocks glitch and jitter as though they’re unable to land properly
