Breeze produces black particles when on bottom slab

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a world and place some bottom slabs

2. Make sure there are no blocks under bottom slab that have placed

3. Spawn a breeze on the bottom slab and observe the particles it produces

Observed Results:
Breeze produces black particles

Expected Results:
It should not produce black particles
