It has been going on three months of the PAID realms, and you can't even do split screen. A whole summer, and they also aren't offering refunds or a fix. I constantly keep getting signed in as Guest 1. Several hours of gaming were wasted just to lose it. When will there be an update, and when will people be refunded?

Same complaint! I haven’t been able to play with my kids all summer. Why can’t we get refunds for the realm because of this bug? I’m paying for multi-player and can only play 1. This is our favorite past time as a family. It’s sad and getting infuriating!
