When Vibrant Visuals is enabled, opening the inventory causes the entire screen to flash with bright, glitchy effects..
How it happens:
I launched Minecraft Bedrock v1.21.1.01
I enabled Vibrant Visuals when I created my world
I opened the inventory and the flashes happen
But it seems that it stopped for a second at the end of the video, but it reappears.
We're tracking this issue at MCPE-227061, so I will resolve and link this report as a duplicate.
