Mobs on a lead do not follow the player correctly.

When a mob is tied with a lead, especially animals, they don’t move properly behind the player. They may stay still until the lead breaks. Also, if there’s a block in front of them, they will get stuck against it instead of jumping over, unless the player jumps as well — and even then, sometimes it only works after several attempts.
