After testing an Enderman add-on, the problem still exists even after removing the add-on

Game Version: Minecraft Bedrock 1.21.100.6

Issue: After installing and testing an Enderman add-on (which failed), Endermen can no longer be spawned in-game. Neither the command /summon enderman nor spawn eggs work. Even after removing it completely, the same problem continues in the game.

Clarification: Another add-on, “Loot Crafting”, is active in the video but is unrelated to this bug.

Observation: The impact of the removed Enderman add-on remains, preventing Endermsn from spawning.
