Unable to play these worlds. Is this a bug or an issue on my laptop?

Please try clearing the Marketplace cache and download cache and see if that fixes the issue.
Go to Settings > Storage
Click on the "Clear Marketplace Cache" and "Clear Download Cache" buttons
Restart the game
Reattempt the download
