However, this issue is Working as Intended.
Bundle has 64 slots for items, but take a note that:
items that stack to 64 take 1 slot in a bundle,
items that stack to 16 take 4 slots in a bundle,
items that do not stack take all 64 slots in a bundle.
The "usage" tab in wiki describes its behavior.
