Unable to view/use the Minecon 2016 skin pack

The minecon 2016 skin pack is no longer able to be searched for/used in minecraft (on a previously redeemed account/platform)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Using the platform you have previously redeemed the minecon 2016 skin pack (e.g for android check https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory)

2. Start minecraft go to the marketplace and search for minecon 2016 pack

   1. or go to edit/create a character > dressing room > classic skins > owned skins > scroll through skin packs

Observed Results:

You can no longer find the minecon 2016 pack in either the marketplace under owned content/use the skins

Expected Results:

You should be able to find the minecon 2016 pack in marketplace under owned content/use the skins

Notes: perMCPE-189673 it was at least searchable previously. but it 404’s upon trying to use/open it
