Japanese Hiragana characters sometimes display as Chinese characters

On version 1.21.101 on Windows 11 (24H2), Japanese Hiragana characters occasionally render as incorrect Chinese characters (Kanji). This issue seems to be related to the font rendering or character encoding within the game's UI.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Repeatedly use the "reload all" command in the game.

  2. After a few attempts, Japanese Hiragana characters will be replaced by various Chinese characters.

Additional Information (another method to trigger the bug):

  1. Repeatedly and quickly exit and rejoin a world.

  2. The bug will occur.

Expected Result: Japanese Hiragana characters should display correctly and consistently, regardless of how many times the UI or world is reloaded.
