Ghast when shooting,return to the old 16×16 texture

When ghasts are shooting,they return to the old 16×16 texture instead of an 64×64.

Steps:Simply be near a ghast to it to be shoot at you.

Expected Result:ghast change texture from normal to shooting texture,the new 64×64 texture from 1.21.90 or above.

Actual Result:ghast change texture to 64×64 normal to 16×16 shooting old texture from 1.21.90 or below.
