Vibrant Visuals: Rain is unusually lit up above light sources

It’s pretty much just as the title says. Rain above light sources in lit up, no matter how high you go, when Vibrant Visuals in truned on.

This issue also happens outside of vibrant visuals when a lightening bolt hits an area the rain particles in the same area will glow unnaturally
