Bugged Ender Dragon(Dispensers)

Hello Minecraft, so I was curious how the ender dragon would look like under a dispenser and i wanted to spawn many of them for fun.

However, when i did that for some reason it looked very huge. I also tried it with trail spawner and same result(as shown in the 1st image). However whats even more strange is that when I break both dispensers the normal dispenser left behind the ender dragon model and I couldn't get rid of it(as shown in the 2nd image). I used the wither as an example to see how this bug does not apply to all bosses(as shown on the 3rd image). There is something wrong with the ender dragon and should be fixed. Some people have told me about this issue too in older versions aswell.

Note: I think for this bug to happen i think you need to place the spawn egg there more than once, i am not very sure).
