Pressing the "Cancel" keybind now triggers 2 times

If you press the "Cancel" keybind (default set to Button5), it will now triggers 2 times instead of only 1 times, so if you open Settings from the Main menu, and then open How to Play, pressing the "Cancel" keybind will sends you back to Main menu instead of Settings.

Steps to reproduce:

1. From Main menu, go to Settings, then open How to Play

2. Press the "Cancel" keybind

3. Observed

Expected results:
Only How to Play is closed, sending you back to Settings.

Observed results:
How to Play is closed, followed by Settings, sending you back to Main menu.
