Mobs and entities attached to leashes get stuck in 1 height block

Travelling with any kind of mob or entity with a leash make them getting stuck in almost every 1 block height area, as If they could not pathfind. This is also pretty annoying, resulting in the leash to break so you have to go back again and attach it, wasting a lot of time since it constanlty happens.
