Can't purchase in game currency

I have been trying to purchase in came currency for the last two weeks and I keep getting can’t connect to internet. I have broadband and I play on online only games all the time. Please get this fixed so I can give you money. I don’t understand why a company would allow a payment system to go down. Don’t say it is my fault. I am a senior software engineer.
