Same stronghold has variable eyes of ender count

Seed: -541714255396397480

This seed spawns player into village, which has stronghold under it.

On version 1.21.60~1.21.101, this stronghold has 12 eye, pre-lit end portal.

On the latest preview, eyes of ender count changes each time I generate the world (sometimes 1 eye, sometimes 5 eye etc…),

although pre-filled eyes of ender count should be fixed according to the world seed.
