Villagers isn’t picking crops after harvest

I've made a automatic farm with villagers, they farm crops and trade with other villagers while minecart hooper catch the crop halfway,,, this farm worked well for some days, recently they farming and use their composter but Don't picking up harvested crops. They're scattered across the farm. I Don’t know if this is a bug or something, if it is, it should be fixed as soon as possible, or if it is not a but, how to fix this problem with their full inventory, how to clear them. This might be great help. And no one knows what’s the solution for this, if none knows, then it definitely is a bug..
