Game window reverts to unmaximized when restarting the game

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Minecraft Preview

2. Press F11 to put the game in windowed mode

3. Click on the square between the - and X buttons in the top right corner to maximize the game window

4. Restart the game

Observed Results:

The game window is no longer maximized.

Expected Results:

The game window should remain maximized.
