Minecoin purchase incomplete & Minecoin purchase successfull pop-up message on top of the screen.

I have been experiencing a persistent bug in Minecraft (Bedrock Edition for PC/Minecraft for Windows Edition) for approximately one and a half years. (This bug is not version related and It does not affect gameplay)

The issue involves a recurring popup notification that indicates a successful Minecoin purchase every 40 to 50 seconds.
This notification appears even when I am on the menus, such as when editing my skin or browsing the marketplace, where it also states that an incomplete purchase was initiated on my device. Clicking "OK" results in an error message. Although this does not interfere with gameplay, it is disruptive during content creation, as I frequently take screenshots or record gameplay.

Of course I don’t get any Minecoins with this, my last minecoin purchase occurred about a year ago, and no other users have access to my Minecraft/Microsoft account or the laptop I use. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps, including resetting my laptop to factory settings, reinstalling Windows, and reinstalling Minecraft multiple times. The issue does not occur on my Android smartphone, and I noticed that if I use a different account the problem persists.

I also have no issues with the Java Edition of the game on my same laptop. I would appreciate any insights or solutions from others who may have encountered a similar issue.
