Game freeze or goes less than 0.1 FPS (a frame every 10 seconds) if opened offline after updating ipad air m2 to ipados26

Game freeze or goes less than 0.1 FPS (a frame every 10 seconds) when i launch the game OFFLINE after updating the ipad air 11” M2 to the new ipados 26. A friend with the M3 version seems not have this problem. I can not understand why online it works but offline after the minecraft loading gray screen, the 360 menu picture looks frozen or super slow changing a frame every 10/15 seconds. I can not click any button of course.
