The recipes for Netherite armor and tools do not appear in the Recipe Book, even though all required materials are in the inventory.
This issue occurs in all worlds. Manually crafting the items in the crafting table does not unlock the recipes either.

After consideration, the issue is being closed as Invalid.
Netherite armor and tools cannot be crafted in Crafting Table. It can be obtained in Smithing Table.
