My friend in my world wanted to use a command block, but when they tried it wouldn't place. Also I am on switch 2, there isnt any switch 2 option so I might as well put it here.
I have no idea how to reproduce this, if anyone can please let me know!

Yes, i meant to say they cant open it, but they also cant place them. I forgot to get a video of that.
From the video, it looks like they're trying to open a command block, not place one. Did you mean to say that they can't open a command block? If so, what game mode is your friend in?
