The Hand will flicker when the crosshair flicker while being local multiplayer, and while being underterrain

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Join 2 players in the local multiplayer

2. The player B open the inventory of the player

3. Player A change mode to spectator mode

4. Go to underterrain approximately around 1 2 blocks

5. Player A change mode to creative mode

Expected result

While being underterrain the hand will not depend to the crosshair flicker.

Actual result

While being underterrain the hand will depend to the crosshair flicker.
